District Judge William O’Donnell>SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William O’Donnell recently heard these cases:Blake M. Saylor, 20, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving, filed March 19 by state police.Matthew A. Hauze, 23, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and violating hazard regulation, filed April 17 by state police.Robert L. Coburn, 32, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of robbery, theft, simple assault, disorderly conduct, possessing an instrument of crime and conspiracy to commit each of those crimes, filed May 18 by Slippery Rock Police.Johah A. Bayer, 20, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, a learner’s permit violation, underage drinking, unauthorized use of a vehicle, driving without a license and careless driving, filed Dec. 14 by state police.Michele Del Carmen Baker, 22, of Erie waived to court charges of defiant trespass, filed Feb. 6 by Slippery Rock University Police.Cheryl Schlobohm, no age given, of New Castle was held for court on charges of writing a bad check and theft by deception, filed Dec. 21 in a private complaint.Bradley J. Harriett, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of intentionally possessing a controlled substance, small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and failure to use a seat belt, filed Feb. 19 by state police.Jamie D. Howatneck, 21, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, stop sign violation, possession of drug paraphernalia and small amount of marijuana, filed April 29 by Slippery Rock University Police.Zachary S. Henshaw, 26, of Slippery Rock plead guilty to charges of DIU, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving, filed April 10 by state police.Nicholas J. Turner, 24, of Aliquippa was held for court on charges of DUI, filed Sept. 2 by Slippery Rock Police.Andrew R. Garrett, 55, of Ford Payne, Ala., waived to court charges of terroristic threats, harassment and violation of rules on Commonwealth property, filed May 13 in a private complaint.Ryan A. Vanorick, 22, of Abington, waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lane and making an illegal turn, filed April 3 by state police.Jeremy C. Combs, 32, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment by state police.Aaron J.
