SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Mark L. Burke, 43, of Worthington, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road, disregarding traffic lanes and not using turn signals, filed May 21 by state police.

Mark D. McCloskey, 25, of Butler waived to court three counts of possessing drug paraphernalia and charges of retail theft and public drunkeness, filed May 24 by Penn Township police.

Jazmine R. Parker, 22, of Pittsburgh waived to court a charge of possessing marijuana and two counts of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 14 by Penn Township police.

Breanne N. Stuebgen, 20, of Cabot waived to court a charge of DUI and three counts of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 8 by Buffalo Township police.

Justin J. Walker, 26, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed Feb. 6 by Middlesex Township police. Walker, in an unrelated case filed Feb. 10 by Buffalo Township police, waived to court a charge of forgery and three counts of bad checks.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:Samuel Joseph Brydon, 54, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and theft by failure to make required disposition of funds, filed July 3 by Butler County detectives.Jesse James Markey, 31, of Dover, York County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed May 14 by state police.Christopher A. Westbrook, 22, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed May 14 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Teresa J. Flatt, 51, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and possession of a controlled substance, filed May 9.Christopher A. Gratzinger, 25, of Springboro, Crawford County, waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed June 4.Patrick T. Henry, 22, of Lucasville, Ohio, waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed June 19.Mandi J. Hicks, 32, of Mercer waived to court a charge of access device fraud, filed Jan. 7, 2011.Kelly L. Marchinoski, 30, of Renfrew waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed May 14.Brian K. Ruggles, 48, of Chicora waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed July 7.Matthew D. Schenck, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding, careless driving and driving without a valid inspection sticker, filed March 24.
