Richard Justin Bertram, 91, of Phoenix, Ariz., died Thursday.

He is survived by his wife, Wilma Bertram of Phoenix; his daughter, Mrs. Richard (Amy) Wilson of Butler; and a son, Robert Bertram of Glendale, Ariz.

Also surviving are a sister, Phyllis Palmer of Houston, Texas; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
