Sentencing Court

Craig L. Gaiser, 58, of Chicora was sentenced to one year of probation and a $300 fine for simple assault. Police charged Gaiser on Aug. 29 and he pleaded guilty on Jan. 16.

Jacob Scott Manko, 35, of Coraopolis was sentenced to six years of intermediate punishment and must pay a $, 1000 fine for possession with intent to deliver, to which he pleaded guilty on Jan. 16. Manko was charged on Dec. 5, 2017.

John Justin Knox, 46, of Petrolia was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment and 90 days of house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. Knox must also pay $3,500 in fines and serve 150 hours of community service. He pleaded guilty on Jan. 16 and was charged on Dec. 28, 2017.

Christine Rene Banfield, 30, of Uniontown was sentenced to three to 12 months in jail for recklessly endangering another person. After her jail sentence, she will be on probation for an additional year. Banfield pleaded guilty on Jan. 16 and was charged on Feb. 21, 2018.

Dylan Sunseri, 27, of Vandergrift was sentenced to nine to 23 months in jail for robbery, but was immediately paroled after receiving credit for time served. He pleaded guilty on Feb. 12 and was charged on Feb. 16, 2017.

Barbara Nickleach, 66, of Butler was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment for theft. Nickleach pleaded guilty on Nov. 14 and was charged on Sept. 4, 2012.

Danny Lee Malone Jr., 24, of Butler was sentenced to 21 months to five years for failing to register with the Pennsylvania State Police. He was charged on May 31 and pleaded guilty on Dec. 4.

Derek Steven Pope, 31, of Butler was sentenced to three months to one year in jail for simple assault and criminal mischief. He will also serve two years of probation after his jail sentence. Pope pleaded guilty on Jan. 16 and was charged on Feb. 27, 2018.

Terry Vaughn Ulisky, 61, of Karns City was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail for driving under the influence and he must also pay a $300 fine and serve 60 hours of community service. Ulisky pleaded guilty on Jan. 11 to the charge, which he first faced on March 6, 2018.

Kaitlyn Machelle Stroup, 28, of Chicora was sentenced to six months of probation to which she pleaded guilty on Jan. 16. She was charged on April 10, 2018. In a second case, she was sentenced to six months of probation for presenting false identification to law enforcement. She pleaded guilty on Jan. 16 and was charged on Sept. 12.

Dean Robert Krelko, 57, of Lyndora was sentenced to two to four-and-a-half years in prison for burglary. Krelko pleaded guilty on Jan. 15 and was charged on Sept. 24. Krelko must also pay restitution.

Scotty Lee Cravener, 34, of Dayton was sentenced to two years of probation and 30 hours of community service for two counts of possessing drug paraphernalia. Cravener pleaded guilty on Jan. 16 and was charged on Sept. 14, 2017.

James Robert Fulmer Sr. 64, of Butler was sentenced to two years of probation for simple assault, to which he pleaded guilty on Jan. 17 after being charged on July 12.

Daniel L. Kopp, 46, of Butler was sentenced to jail for time that he already served to one year for possessing drug paraphernalia. He was immediately paroled for the charge, to which he pleaded guilty on Dec. 5, He was charged on Aug. 4.

Carrie Ann Lawther, 48, of Harmony was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment for driving under the influence and she must also pay a $750 fine and serve 60 hours of community service. Lawther pleaded guilty on Oct. 29 and was charged on Aug. 9.

Jeremiah Dywayne Zehner, 25, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment for driving under the influence and driving while operating privilege was revoked. Zehner must also pay $500 in fines and serve 60 hours of community service. He pleaded guilty on Jan. 16 and was charged on May 13.

Ian K. Stewart, 33, of Ambridge was sentenced to one year of probation for disorderly conduct and prowling at night. He must also pay restitution. Stewart pleaded guilty on Jan. 16 after he was charged on Sept. 5, 2017.

Courtney Anne Wilson, 27, of Hilliards was sentenced to six months of probation and a $75 fine for possessing drug paraphernalia, which she pleaded guilty to on Jan. 14. She was charged on Oct. 4, 2016.

Samuel Wayne Magill, 38, of Saxonburg was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment, six months of probation, $1,075 in fines and 60 hours of community service for driving under the influence. Magill pleaded guilty on Nov. 26 and was charged on Sept. 10, 2018.
