O'Donnell 50th anniversary
Joe and Berniece O'Donnell of Chicora celebrated 50 years of marriage with an open house at the Happy Hunter's Sportsman's Club in Fenelton.
O'Donnell married the former Berniece Neff on June 8, 1963, at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church (North Oakland) in Chicora.
They have four children, Dan O'Donnell of Exton, Pa., Leanne Herrmann of Smithfield, N.C., Doug O'Donnell of Cranberry Township and Troy O'Donnell of Youngsville, N.C.
They also have 10 grandchildren.
O'Donnell is a retired district judge and retains senior district judge status. Before becoming district judge, he worked at Pullman Standard for 20 years.
He is a charter member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians and a lifetime member of the Chicora Moose and its golf league.
Mrs. O'Donnell is retired from Magnetics, a division of Spang.She is a member of St. Joseph Christian Mothers and a member of the Hiland and Lake Arthur Ladies Golf Leagues.The O'Donnells are members of the Mater Dolorosa Roman Catholic Church in Chicora.
