SLIPPERY ROCK — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge William O’Donnell.

Matthew James Hromyak, 22, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and no rear lights filed Oct. 13 by state police.

Travis Clyde Sanderon, 29, of Slippery Rock waived to court a receiving stolen property charge filed Oct. 22 by state police.

Matthew Aaron Haefner, 41, of Parker waived to court charges of DUI and failure to notify of change in address filed Nov. 18 by state police.

Brandon James Gurowski, 26, of Slippery Rock waived to court a retail theft charge filed April 10 by Slippery Rock Borough police.

BUTLER TWP — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Kevin O’Donnell.

Amy L. Benfer, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, lighting requirements, occupant protection and no inspection filed Dec. 13 by state police.

Daniel D. Jaworski, 28, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Dec. 26 by Butler Township police.

Jennifer J. Ekas, 46, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation filed Dec. 10 by Butler Township police.

Ryan Z. Wilson, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of robbery, retail theft, criminal conspiracy, simple assault, recklessly endangering, disorderly conduct and harassment filed Jan. 28 by Butler Township police.

Ryan Z. Wilson, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property filed Jan. 28 by Butler Township police.

Ricardo D. Bryant, 64, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, no inspection and lighting requirements filed Dec. 6 by Butler Township police.

Casey Scott Grunden, 26, of Grove City pleaded guilty to charges of hit and run and driving under suspension or revocation, and was ordered to pay $708 fines and costs. Charges were filed Dec. 17 by Butler Township police.

Ewari W. Ellis, 36, of Coraopolis pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge and was ordered to pay $460 in fines and costs. Ellis was charged Aug. 6 by Butler Township police.

Jeremy J. Tomsey, 32, of Butler pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge and was ordered to pay a $806 fine and costs. Tomsey was charged Dec. 6 by Butler Township police.

Kenneth R. McCormick, 52, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, roadways laned for traffic, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages filed Dec. 13 by Butler Township police.

Nancy R. Sibeto, 62, of New Castle pleaded guilty to a retail theft and was ordered to pay $466 in fines and costs. She was charged Aug. 24 by Butler Township police.

Heather M. Crawford, 35, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay fines, costs and restitution. Charges were filed Sept. 10 by Butler Township police.

Joshua J. Space, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and theft from a vehicle filed Jan. 31 by Butler Township police. In a separate case, he also waived charges of theft, receiving stolen property and theft from a vehicle filed Jan. 31 by Butler Township police.

Sanya L. Vantassel, 41, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia filed Feb. 1 by Butler Township police.

Clint B. Wynkoop, 38, of Kittanning was held for court on charges of DUI, driver required to be licensed, notice of change of name or address, driving while suspended, failure to yield, turning movements and signals, speeding and careless driving filed Nov. 19 by Butler Township police.

Michael W. Roman, 42, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of theft, receiving (three counts) and theft from a vehicle (three counts) filed Feb. 1 by Butler Township police.

Keith Massey, 35, of Columbus, Ohio, waived to court a charge of possession of a controlled substance filed Dec. 4 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

SAXONBURG — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Sue Haggerty.

Aleta D. Atherton, 25, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, driving without insurance, obedience to traffic control devices, lane violations, speeding, careless and reckless driving filed Sept. 21 by state police.

Taylor A. Flick, 24, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia filed Dec. 26 by state police.

Amanda Schmielin, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving filed Jan. 2 by Middlesex Township police.

Daniel B. Flick, 52, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and DUI filed Dec. 20 by state police.
