CRANBERRY TWP — Interim District Judge Joseph O'Donnell Jr. recently heard these cases:

Jason Paul Stephenson, 27, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged March 26, 2007, by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with no rear lights, obstructed window and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bob Fox, 35, of Baden, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 18 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault and harassment.

Rebecca Ann Trent, 35, of Cranberry Township waived her two separate cases to court. She was charged March 23 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit forgery, forgery, conspiracy to commit access device fraud, access device fraud and receiving stolen property. She also was charged March 23 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of altered, forged or counterfeit documents or plates, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without proper insurance, driving while license is suspended, driving without a license and unauthorized use or transfer of registration.

Amanda Marie Donaldson, 24, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 20 by the Cranberry Township police with driving an unregistered vehicle, fraudulent documents or plates, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Adam Thomas O'Bryan, 22, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 12 by the Butler County detectives with possession of a controlled substance, three counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manfacture or deliver narcotics, conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/posess with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, criminal use of a communications facility and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Luke Michael Gregory, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 19 by the Cranberry Township police with distribution of a small amount of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

April E. Riley, 29, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 29, 2007, by the Cranberry Township police with fraudulent documents or plates, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving while license is suspended.

James M. Sarver Jr., 29, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 7 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and forgery.

Scott R. Parish, 33, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 18 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault, harassment, smelling/inhaling toxic releasing substances and possession of solvent for release of toxic vapors.

Clay A. Morris, 32, of Coraopolis, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 5 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and violations concerning driver's license.

Joseph M. Polaritz, 35, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 5 by the Cranberry Township police with driving an unregistered vehicle, driving while license was suspended or revoked, conspiracy to alter/forge/counterfeit documents or plates and altered/forged/counterfeit documents or plates.

Jason Daniel Kerchener, 24, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged March 5 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol/drugs, use possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving.

Michael Martino, 48, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 25 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault and harassment.

Nathan Joseph Petrina, 27, of Ambridge, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 31 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft.

Amy Lyn Datri, 27, of Seven Fields waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 20 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to stop at a red signal.

Eric T. Stasiowski, 40, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 3, 2007, by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gary Edward Townsend, 27, of Monroeville, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 30, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with identity theft, access device fraud, receiving stolen property and forgery.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:William Rollin Marsh, 44, of Harmony had his case held to court. He was charged Feb. 28 by the Zelienople police with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Troy Robert Cypher, 19, of Cabot waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 20 by the state police with two counts of receiving stolen property.Amanda Mari Murgenovich, 23, of New Brighton, Beaver County, pleaded guilty to three counts each of theft by deception and theft by unlawful taking and was ordered to pay $925 in fines, court costs and restitution. She had been charged March 19 by the Jackson Township police.Sean R. Richards, 25, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, pleaded guilty to use/possession of drug paraphernalia and failing to obey duties at a stop sign and was ordered to pay $496 in fines and court costs. He had been charged Jan. 14 by the Jackson Township police.Robert Matoka Sr., 67, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 21 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.Megan R. Fowler, 25, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 20 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.David Lee McCullough, 19, of Butler waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged March 13 by the state police with two counts each of aggravated assault, harassment and one count of resisting arrest.He also was charged March 24 by the state police with giving false identification to law enforcement authorities, disorderly conduct and purchasing alcohol by a minor.Joseph Burdett Ion, 45, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 3 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and two counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Billy Richard Markley Jr., 38, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged March 16 by the Adams Township police with two counts of simple assault and harassment.William Blake McCandless, 20, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 20 by the state police with four counts of receiving stolen property.David Daniel Bartholomew, 34, of Stoneboro, Pa., waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 26 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Annette Pounds, 18, of Greensburg waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 1 by the Adams Township police with two counts of simple assault and one count of harassment.Stephen Potter, 22, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 26 by the Zelienople police with simple assault, harassment and unlawful restraint.Matthew Adam Gerginski, 23, of Harmony had his case held to court. He was charged Feb. 1 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and passing in lane adjacent to emergency response area.Michael Santucci, 22, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 4 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to attended property or vehicle, failure to immediately notify police of an accident and driving with improper tires.Kurt Edward Sayre, 32, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged March 15 by the Zelienople police with 21 counts each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property and one count each of possession of marijuana, four counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and defiant trespass.Dane A. Winkler, 27, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 23 by the Evans City police with harassment, simple assault and disorderly conduct.Jennipher Lindsy Sydenstricker, 20, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged March 5 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, disregard of traffic lane and driving while license is suspended.William Paul Slebodnik, 63, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 6 by the Mars police with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.Timothy John Linkel, 49, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged March 11 by the Mars police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol/drugs, failing to obey duties at a stop sign, failure to yield at a yield sign, limitations on driving on the left and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.William C. Terry Jr., 58, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged March 3 by the Mars police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license is suspended and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection.Colby Kempton Tooker, 24, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged March 3 by the Zelienople police with simple assault and harassment.Shawn R. McHale, 36, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 14 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, two counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and disregard of traffic lane.David Allen Rambacher, 44, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 22 by the Mars police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to obey duties at a stop sign and failure to yield at a yield sign.Alexander T. Riederer, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 1 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, not yielding at road and careless driving.Joan M. Motonis, 40, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 29 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license is suspended and driving with no rear lights.Andrew John Rinehart, 19, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged March 3 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle without a proper inspection.David W. Mohr, 37, of Zelienople had his case held to court. He was charged Feb. 29 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, not using low beams, operating a vehicle without insurance, driving without a license and vehicle registration suspended.Jason Thomas Sherman, 29, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 15 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, trespass by a motor vehicle, two counts of failing to obey duties at a stop sign, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, driving the wrong way and fleeing or attempting to elude officers.Brandon Elliott Croyle, 21, of Zelienople had his two cases held to court. He was charged Jan. 22 by Butler County detectives with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, driving while license is suspended or revoked and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.He also was charged Feb. 5 by the Adams Township police with escape, flight to avoid apprehension/trial/punishment and public drunkenness.
