Balanced scoring sparks Knoch victory

Ryan Hollihan scored 16 points to lead five Knoch players in double digits Tuesday night in a 67-58 boys basketball win over Hampton.

The game marked a battle between two of the top teams in the section.

Jordan Shoop scored 13 points for Knoch (6-1, 2-0), with Scott Muska adding 12 points, and Ryan Ziacik and Eric Czech chipping in 10 points each.

John Ward paced Hampton with 19 points.

Adam Milanovich led the way with 23 points and 11 rebounds while Kyle Hilliard added 20 points and 10 rebounds and Cody Mortimer scored 21 points.

Devin Davis dished out seven assists for Union.

Matt Buczkowski and Tyler Grossman both paced Moniteau (0-7, 0-2) with 13 points.
