WASHINGTON, Pa. — Trainer Steve Schoeffel of Evans City and driver Brady Brown of Slippery Rock led Western Hanover to victory in a $5,400 Conditioned Claiming Pace in harness racing action Wednesday at The Meadows.

It was the 3-year-old gelding’s second win in the last three starts. The horse is owned by Tom King of Valencia, Virginia and Kathy Schoeffel and Marion Schilling, all of Evans City.
