5-run rally lifts Butler softball past SV
Mackenzie O’Donnell doubled home Rachel Rebmann with two outs in the bottom of the fifth inning to put the Butler softball team up for good on the way to a 6-5 win over Seneca Valley Tuesday afternoon.
Cait Baxter had a pair of singles, drove in two runs and scored two runs for the Golden Tornado (3-6, 2-6).
Jess Neill, Cassie Bachik and Ashley Kappeler each had a pair of singles for Seneca Valley (2-4, 2-4).

Karns City 5, Redbank Valley 4 — Morgan Deal drove home the winning run with a sacrifice fly to left as the Gremlins rallied for two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to topple Redbank Valley.
Taylor Downs got the rally started with a single. She moved to third on a single by LeeAnn Gibson, then scored on a throwing error. Redbank Valley then intentionally walked the bases loaded, setting up Deal’s sacrifice fly.
Gibson got the win in the circle for the Gremlins (4-2).
