A Best Western Plus hotel is being proposed on Cranberry Springs Drive in Cranberry Township.

The township planning commission reviewed the plans Monday night, but it still must be approved by the supervisors.

William Nuttall, of Nittany Hotel Group, said the company has an agreement in place to purchase the land and will demolish the house there.

They hope to start construction in June and finish within one year, he said.
