Thursday — William Robert Dudra, 48, of Pittsburgh was charged with possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness following an incident on East Jefferson Street at 1:17 a.m. Police said Dudra told an officer that he was staying at “Jimmy the Knife’s” house, but he wouldn’t let him retrieve his luggage and he didn’t know Jimmy’s address. When police told him that the dispute was a civil matter, he allegedly became angry and threatened to kick in the door to get his luggage and he wasn’t afraid to go to jail, police said. After Dudra was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance in a public place, police said they searched him and allegedly found a rock of crack cocaine in his wallet. He said the crack wasn’t his and belonged to a prostitute he was with earlier, police said.
[naviga:h3]Middlesex Township Police[/naviga:h3]
Thursday — Jacalyn Nichell Jagerman, 33, of Fenelton was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving after a car she was driving east on Glade Mill Road crossed into the eastbound lane and allegedly struck a mailbox, went up an embankment and hit a utility pole on Nov. 21 at 5:46 p.m., police said. Blood test results showed her blood alcohol level to be 0.329 percent, police said.

Saturday — A property on McKees Road in Allegheny Township owned by Haywood Smith of Cleveland was burglarized sometime between September and Saturday.
Police reports say multiple items were stolen and the investigation is ongoing.
1:37 p.m. Dec. 17 — A two-car crash on the ramp to Interstate 79 southbound in Muddycreek Township resulted in charges for one driver.
Troopers charged Steven L. Parker, 68, of Grove City with careless driving after failing to negotiate a curve in the road in his 2011 Chevy Malibu and causing a crash with a 2015 Volvo driven by Vineshkumar C. Patel, 30, of Ontario.
Neither driver was injured in the crash.
Dec. 14 — Police believe a 22-year-old woman stole $27 in cash around 7:14 a.m. from the Prospect Corner Store in Prospect. Charges were filed through William S. O’Donnell in Slippery Rock.
Dec. 14 — A 74-year-old Portersville woman reported to police after an unknown person stole “a large amount of money” from her 401(k) plan. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact the state police in Butler at 724-284-8100.
Thursday — Ronald Grimes, 28, of Emlenton was charged with driving drunk from a traffic stop in Brady Township. He was stopped for making a left turn onto Lilac Lane without an indicator, according to police. Police said Grimes smelled of alcohol and appeared drunk, according to court documents. Grimes performed a field sobriety test and was taken to Butler State Police Barracks for a breath test, which showed a blood-alcohol content of 0.14 percent. He is charged with driving under the influence, a first offense; failing to signal a turn; and having no rear lights.
Thursday — Police charged Joshua Costlow, 34, of West Sunbury with driving under the influence stemming from a Dec. 7 traffic stop. Police said they stopped Costlow on Route 422 west of Eagle Mill Road after witnessing his red Jeep Grand Cherokee swerve over lines, according to court documents. Police said Costlow smelled of alcohol, appeared drunk and spoke with slurred speech. Costlow told police he was driving home from dinner and had been drinking, according to the report. Costlow performed a field sobriety test and was taken to Butler State Police Barracks for a breath test, which showed a blood-alcohol content of 0.12 percent. Costlow is charged with two counts of driving under the influence, both listed as first offenses; disregarding traffic lanes; and careless driving. He is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
Thursday — Police charged Kathleen Ayres, 64, of Ellwood City with driving under the influence stemming from an April 10 accident. Police were responding to Moraine State Park, Worth Township, to check the welfare of a woman who was reportedly acting strange, when the woman crashed her red Jeep Liberty into a tree, according to court documents. At around 2:32 p.m., police found the crashed Jeep and found Ayres laying injured across both front seats of the car. Police said upon inspecting the Jeep, troopers smelled alcohol and found a half-empty bottle of whiskey on the front-passenger floor and a number of assorted prescription pills throughout the Jeep, according to the report. Troopers also witnessed Ayres acting belligerent, incoherent and slurring her speech while being attended to by EMTs, according to the report. She was flown from the scene to Allegheny General Hospital for treatment, where blood alcohol content tests were performed and acquired through a search warrant from Magisterial District Judge Dan Konieczka. The tests showed Ayres blood alcohol content of 0.28 percent in plasma, equivalent to about 0.24 percent in whole blood. She has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence, both first offenses; failure to keep right; disregard of a traffic lane; careless driving; restrictions on alcoholic beverages; and failure to use a seat belt. She is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
Dec. 13 — Jennifer Marie Smith, 30, no known address, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of theft by unlawful taking for allegedly taking a 50-inch TV from her mother’s home and taking $21 from her mother’s purse while she was asleep, police said. Her mother told police that she went to bed around 11 p.m. and woke up to find the TV, money and her daughter, who was spending the night, gone, police said.
Thursday — William Leroy Everetts, 27, of Butler was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and six summary traffic violations following a traffic stop on Hansen Avenue on Nov. 23 at 6:55 p.m. Police said Everetts was pulled over after a check of his car’s registration revealed the owner’s license was expired. He allegedly provided an unsigned registration card and an expired insurance card, police said. He allegedly wasn’t wearing a seat belt and the car’s inspection was expired, police said. He admitted to smoking a little marijuana, police said. A vaporizer used to inhale marijuana was on the floor, police said.
[naviga:h3]State Police, Mercer[/naviga:h3]
The theft of 235 gallons of heating oil was reported between Dec. 11 and Dec. 19 from a tank at a residence on Clintonville Road in Findley Township, Mercer County. No arrests have been made in the theft.
10 a.m. Friday — An intoxicated man in possession of drug paraphernalia was charged with a firearms violation after troopers found him to be carrying a concealed firearm without a valid state conceal-carry permit.
Shane V. McGee, 22, of Jackson Center was placed in the Mercer County jail on $100,000 bond.
5:12 p.m. Friday — David H. Jackson, 45, of Stoneboro was cited for harassment during a domestic dispute at his home.
Troopers said Jackson kicked his wife in the face as they ascended a stairway, causing the unnamed woman minor injuries.
6:33 p.m. Friday — Corrina M. West, 24, of Fredonia was placed in jail on outstanding warrants and pending charges after police allegedly found her in her mobile home in Hempfield Township, Mercer County, with two young children within reach of drugs and paraphernalia.
Police said West was in charge of the children, ages 2 and 5, when she was found in the bedroom of a Greenville Mobile Home Park residence with the 2-year-old child.
While the county Children and Youth Services responded to the event, police reports did not say whose custody the children were placed in.
2 a.m. Saturday — David R. Wiles, 20, was charged with driving in the wrong lane after he lost control of his 1999 Jeep Cherokee on a curve on Latonka Drive, Coolspring Township.
Wiles’ vehicle left the road, struck a large rock, traveled through a driveway and ditch and struck two trees before coming to rest. He was not injured, and was wearing his seat belt.

Thursday — Taylor Flick, 23, of Butler and Daniel Flick, 52, of Butler were issued drug-related charges stemming from a November traffic stop. At around midnight on Nov. 22, both Flicks approached a checkpoint in a red GMC Acadia. Daniel Flick was driving the vehicle, according to court documents. Troopers said they smelled marijuana and asked Daniel Flick to pull over onto a closed portion of the checkpoint. Daniel Flick told police he had smoked marijuana earlier at 8:30 a.m. on Nov. 21, and the remnants were in an ashtray inside the vehicle, according to the report. Police said Taylor Flick, who was seated in the front-passenger seat, was also in the vehicle at the time of the stop. During a search of the vehicle, items were found behind both seats. Taylor and Daniel Flick identified the items behind their respective seats as their own, according to the report. Police found marijuana in plastic bags, a glass pipe and other drug paraphernalia. Taylor Flick has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Daniel Flick was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use and possession of drug paraphernalia.
