SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases.

David J. Marks, 39, of Valencia waived to court a driving under the influence charge filed Jan. 5 by Penn Township police.

Matthew Tyler Nestor, 18, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of marijuana, driving under the influence and driving on the wrong side of the road filed Jan. 20 by state police.

James Justin Seltzer, 35, of Cabot pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Jan. 20 by state police and paid fines and costs of $362.50.

Sean Robert Richards, 34, of Harmony pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Dec. 28 by Middlesex Township police and paid fines and costs of $412.

Daniel P. Adamik, 47, of Sarver waived to court charges of aggravated assault, resisting arrest, fleeing, driving without a license, reckless driving, turning violations, driving on a suspended license, careless driving and a lighting violation filed Feb. 6 by Buffalo Township police.

Louis Gerard Eleuteri, 60, of Blairsville, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, roadways laned for traffic and speeding filed Nov. 28 by state police.

Kelly Lauren Hovis, 35, of West Sunbury pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Dec. 28 by Middlesex Township police and paid fines and costs of $512.

James Mark Leroy, 55 of Renfrew waived to court charges of indecent assault (four counts), corruption of minors (five counts), endangering the welfare of children (three counts) and reckless endangering (two counts) filed Nov. 15 by Penn Township police.

Troy William Schoeppner, 22, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of passing when prohibited, reckless endangering, careless driving and reckless driving filed Dec. 27 by Buffalo Township police.

Patricia Jeanne Gorski, 51, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, notice of change of name or address, driving on the wrong side of the road, roadways laned for traffic and careless driving filed Dec. 8 by state police.

Alexis K. Sparrow, 24, of Greensburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding, careless driving and prohibited acts related to drug paraphernalia filed Dec. 19 by Buffalo Township police.

Robert S. Kull, 46, of Buffalo, N.Y., waived to court charges of retail theft, access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property filed Sept. 19 by Middlesex Township police.

Wayne R. Johnson, 34, of Sarver, waived to court charges of criminal use of a communication facility and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Feb. 23 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Melissa K. Harmon-Davis, 32, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Jan. 31 by Penn Township police.

Jacqueline L. Kelley, 48, of Glen Burnie, Md., pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed Feb. 6 by Penn Township police.

Krista L. Volle, 35, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment filed Dec. 15 by Middlesex Township police.

Mark A. Dellen II, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy and retail theft filed Jan. 19 by Butler Township police.

Kayla R. Bedell, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Nov. 28 by Butler Township police.

Lauren E. George, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving filed Dec. 17 by Butler Township police.

Jordan Tyler Lavan, 24, of Marion Center was held for court on charges of theft by deception filed Jan. 6 by Butler Township police.

Paul A.R. Lodge, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed Jan. 31 by Butler Township police and paid a fine and costs of $460.50.

Jessica M. McCloskey, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and criminal trespass filed Dec. 16 by Butler Township police and paid fines and costs of $496.

Randall T. Kelley, 22, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed Jan. 9 by Butler Township police and paid a fine and costs of $454.50.

Jeremy J. Whittington, 39, of Butler pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed Jan. 13 by state police and paid a fine and costs of $185.50.

Micah D. Hartman, 37, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct (two counts) filed Jan. 13 by state police and paid fines and costs of $796.

William Richard McCoy III, 30, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane, speeding, abandonment of vehicle, and careless driving filed Dec. 14 by state police.

Gage Allen Durler, 18, of Bellevue pleaded guilty to charges of false identification to law enforcement and possession of alcohol by a minor filed Feb. 4 by state police.

Tramar Redman Jones Kiraly, 21, of Monaca waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, false identification to law enforcement and public drunkenness filed Feb. 4 by state police.

Lindsay Nicole Maples, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary and theft filed March 26, 2014, by state police.

Blair Chandler Gantz, 38, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, lane violations, speeding and careless driving filed Dec. 19 by state police.

Benjamin Leo Warren, 20, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, following too closely, speeding and careless driving, filed Dec. 3 by state police.

James Patrick Stewart, 55, of Butler was held for court on charges of false written statement for the purchase, delivery of a firearm and unsworn falsification filed Jan. 23 by state police.
