GROVE CITY — Jack Ogoreuc, an eighth-grader at Grove City and son of longtime Slippery Rock University swim coach Bob Ogoreuc, won a bronze medal recently at the USA Shooting Junior Olympic National Championships in Hillsdale, Mich.

He competed in smallbore and air rifle. He won the bronze medal in smallbore for his age group and was fifth in air rifle.

He also won the Pennsylvania Junior Olympic championship in both categories.
