Barry A. Atkins Jr., 31, of Vandergrift, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding, careless driving and an open container violation, filed Aug. 16.

Daniel P. Christensen, 26, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of DUI, driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs, and driving without valid inspection, filed Nov. 22.

Paul R. Keppler, 59, of Grove City was held for court on charges of DUI, failure to yield right, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and reckless driving, filed July 18.

Robert A. Patton, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and careless driving, filed Jan. 10.

Joseph W. Paul, 37, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, running a stop sign and driving with a suspended license, filed Sept. 27.

Matthew L. Sanders, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, improperly display of a plate card and not wearing a seat belt, filed Nov. 29.

Myia Lynnea Canada Smith, 19, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system and driving without lights on, filed Nov. 6.

Best was ordered to pay $908.50 in fines and court costs.John Boyer, 43, of Parker waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Dec. 28.Chad D. Caldwell, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, theft, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a vehicle, driving with a blood-alcohol count of 0.02 percent while having a suspended license, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, failure to stop and render aid after an accident, two counts of hit-and-run, failure to immediately notify police of an accident and not wearing a seat belt, filed Nov. 6.Patrick Parsons, 42, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI and defiant trespass, filed Nov. 16.Christian L.
