Landowner anterless deer licenses will go on sale June 18 at the Butler County Treasurer’s office on the first floor of the county government building.

Diane Marburger, county treasurer, said the landowner licenses are issued to one individual whose name appears on the deed of a property containing at least 50 contiguous acres.

Marburger said the landowner must agree at the time of application that the acreage can be used by the public for hunting and trapping during the license year of July 1 through June 30 of next year.

The last day to buy a landowner doe license is July 6.
