Jeremy Peterson and Heather Cypher

A July 9 wedding is being planned by Heather Cypher of Butler and Jeremy Peterson of Franklin.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ron and Debbie Cypher of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Bob and Valerie Peterson of Franklin.

The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Butler High School. She will graduate in May from Slippery Rock University with a degree in elementary and special education.

Her fiance graduated in 2003 from Franklin High School and in 2009 from Slippery Rock University with a degree in sports management. He is employed as a youth director at the Oil City YMCA.
