Katie Hilliard and Justin Bittner

An Oct. 2 wedding is being planned by Katie Hilliard of Zelienople and Justin Bittner of New Castle.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Wayne and Sue Hilliard of Zelienople. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Kathy and Darrell Bittner of Evans City.

The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Seneca Valley High School and a 2008 graduate of Westminster College. She is employed by Westminster College in New Wilmington.

Her fiance graduated in 2004 from Seneca Valley High School and in 2009 from the New Castle School of Trades. He is employed by Nick Strimbu in Brookfield, Ohio.
