Casey Schall and Deena Spahn

A July 31 wedding is being planned by Deena Spahn of Butler and Casey Schaal of Pittsburgh.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dean and Debbie Spahn of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Denny and Rocky Schaal of Monroeville.

The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Knoch High School. She received a master's degree in communication science and disorders in 2006 from Clarion University. She is employed as a speech language pathologist in the Armstrong School District.

Her fiance graduated in 2001 from Gateway High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in business administration in 2005. He is employed as a benefits analyst for U.S. Steel Corporation.
