Lanigan, Herr
An Aug. 7 wedding is being planned by Lindsay Lanigan and Dayne Herr Jr., both of Harrisville.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lori Lanigan of Harrisville and the late David Lanigan. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Dayne Herr Sr. of Harrisville and the late Clara "Bo" Herr.
The bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Slippery Rock High School. She received a bachelor's degree in 2002 and a master's degree in 2004, both in English, from Slippery Rock University. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in English at Indiana (Pa.) University. She is employed as an English teacher at Butler County Community College.
Her fiance graduated in 1992 from Slippery Rock High School and in 1999 from Butler County Community College. He is employed by UPS.
