Matthew Dreher and Ashlee McCafferty

An Oct. 2 wedding is being planned by Ashlee McCafferty and Matthew Dreher, both of Butler.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Brian and Ruth McCafferty of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Steve and Pam Dreher of Butler.

The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Butler High School and a 2010 graduate of Robert Morris University, where she received a bachelor's in nursing.

Her fiance graduated in 2005 from Butler High School and in 2009 from Robert Morris University with a bachelor's in elementary education.
