2:17 a.m. Wednesday — A pickup driven by Anthony Barton, 42, of Butler struck three parked vehicles on East Jefferson Street. He was cited for not driving at a safe speed, not immediately notifying police about an accident and fleeing the scene.8:14 p.m. Monday — A car driven by Rachel Rehm, 41, of Butler struck the rear of an SUV driven by Mildred Nagy, 75, of Butler on the Route 422 eastbound ramp onto Route 8 north.

7:32 a.m. Thursday — An SUV driven by Kerwin O'Rourke, 52, of Pittsburgh hit an embankment along Saxonburg Boulevard in Clinton Township and overturned. O'Rourke, who was not injured, was cited for not driving at a safe speed.6:08 a.m. Thursday — A pickup driven by Brian Pitchford, 29, of Butler and a pickup driven by Robert Krohn, 69, of Columbiana, Ohio, collided at the intersection of New Castle and Unionville roads in Franklin Township. Pitchford was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign.3:14 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Trevor Barnett, 25, of Fort White, Fla., and a car driven by Nicole Christy, 29, of Butler collided on New Castle Road in Prospect. Christy received minor injuries. Barnett was cited for careless driving.Tuesday — Robert Wertz of Slippery Rock Township reported the theft of $215 worth of unspecified items from his unlocked vehicle while it was parked at the Stone Worth Apartments on New Castle Road in Worth Township between 5 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. Tuesday.5:28 p.m. Monday — A car driven by Diamond McCracken, 32, of Butler and a car driven by Matthew Geibel, 45, of Cabot collided on Criley Road in Clearfield Township. McCracken, who received minor injuries, was cited for not driving at a safe speed.11:30 a.m. Monday — A 16-year-old boy was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment after allegedly punching teacher Matthew Gibson, 32, in the face at Summit Academy in Summit Township. Gibson sustained an injury to his eye.4:05 p.m. Jan. 2 — A car driven by Jennifer Heintzelman, 37, of Butler hit a curb along Main Street Extension in Center Township and was disabled. She was cited for not staying in the road's lane.2:30 p.m. Jan. 2 — Todd Gable, 19, of Tarentum was charged with robbery after allegedly grabbing a cell phone from the hands of Kirisa Taimuty, 21, of Butler at an unspecified site along Route 68 in Summit Township.Dec. 27 — Russell Montgomery of Slippery Rock reported the theft of a $15 unspecified item from his unlocked vehicle while it was parked at the Stone Worth Apartments on New Castle Road in Worth Township.11 a.m. Dec. 25 — A car driven by a 17-year-old Cranberry Township boy hit a guard rail along Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township, landing in an embankment. He was cited for not staying within the lane.4:18 a.m. Dec. 25 — Jaime Lee Hess, 25, and Zachary Daniel Angert, 27, both of Butler, were each charged with harassment after they allegedly had a physical altercation at a residence along Carbon Center Road in Summit Township.10:50 p.m. Dec. 24 — Philip Allen Wells, 50, of Wheeling, W.Va., was cited for disorderly conduct after allegedly jumping into traffic on Interstate 79 in Jackson Township to get vehicles to stop where he broke down.Dec. 23 — Bruce Daubenspeck, 55, of Butler reported the theft of a Dewalt cordless drill charger from his mailbox on Sunset Drive in Center Township between 2 and 5 p.m.11:13 p.m. Dec. 20 — A pickup driven by Thomas Miller, 63, of Worthington hit a deer and a guard rail on Benjamin Franklin Highway in Clearfield Township.

5:22 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Bukola Faroye, 22, of Dickinson, N.D., traveled between a guard rail and an embankment along Interstate 80 in Richland Township and went downhill about 150 feet before hitting a tree. No injuries were reported. The driver was cited for careless driving.

A pickup driven by David Cole, 53, of Emlenton struck the rear of a car driven by Amanda Biagioni 34, of Vandergrift on Route 28 in O'Hara Township, Allegheny County.
