Days Inn sold to pharmaceutical company
The Days Inn by Wyndham Butler Conference Center on Route 8 in Butler Township has been sold to a Delaware company that produces and sells pharmaceutical products that produce life-force energy fields, which optimize cellular function and stimulate healing and on the cellular level, according to the company.
The motel's former owner, DCDP Inc., sold the building and grounds to Tesla Biohealing of Milford, Del. for $1.75 million. The sale closed Friday.
The assessed value of the motel building is $349,600 and the assessed value of its 7.36-acre lot is $18,400 for a total assessed value of $368,000, according to county records.
