Laughlin re-elected Farm Show president
Ken Laughlin was re-elected president of the Butler Farm Show board of directors for 2019 at the board’s recent election.
Paul Hartzell was elected vice-president. Cody Stephenson was retained as treasurer and Ken Metrick will continue to serve as secretary.
Jim Kummer, Ben Patton and Chris Michel were elected as new board members. Kummer will head the antique department, Michel will serve on the tractor pull committee and Patton will serve in the horse department. Michel will fill the unexpired term of the late Randy Kummer. Patton moves up from an advisers position to the full board.
Don Loomis, Dean Helfer and Chris Foertsch were elected to serve as advisers.
The remaining members of the board are Dave Cox, Carol Miller, Terry Cranmer, Kevin Loomis, George Dean, Jim Govan, Alvin Vogel, Ken McAnallen, Chuck Stephenson and Kevin Speer.
The Butler Farm Show board meets the second Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. at the farm show office, 625 Evans City Road.
