UPDATE: Part of Route 28 in Armstrong County reopened after crashes
Due to multiple vehicle crashed Monday morning, Route 28 North closed between the Slate Lick and Kittanning exits without detours.
Route 28 was closed between Exit 18 PA 128 – Slate Lick/Northpoint and Exit 19 US 422 East/PA 28 North – Kittanning/Indiana in North Buffalo Township.
The road has since reopened.
