Friday — A Fitbit Blaze smart fitness watch was reported stolen from an apartment on the 100 block of East Pine Street. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-458-7925.

6:10 p.m. Jan. 24 — A disturbance in the police department parking lot on East Pine Street landed two men in trouble with the law. Police said the altercation occurred during a custody exchange.

Charged with disorderly conduct are John Graham, 50, of Grove City and Kyle Selden, 52, of Mercer.

[naviga:h3]State Police, Butler[/naviga:h3]

Jan. 16 — Police charged Michelle L. Mills, 41, of Buffalo Township with being nearly 2½ times the state’s legal limit for alcohol following a one-vehicle crash earlier this month in Winfield Township.

Police said Mills, who wrecked her sport utility vehicle shortly after midnight Jan. 3 at Winfield Road and Edgewood Drive, admitted that had been drinking that evening. A portable breath test device confirmed she had alcohol in her system, according to court documents.

She was taken to the barracks in Butler Township for a breath test, which showed her blood-alcohol level was 0.196 percent. In Pennsylvania a level of 0.08 percent is considered intoxicated.

Mills is charged with driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and failing to notify authorities of a change in address.

Jan. 16 — Michael L. Ciminello, 39, of Butler Township was charged with drunken driving stemming from a traffic stop this month in Penn Township. He was pulled over about 2:10 a.m. Jan. 7 after police first noticed his pickup truck with a burned out headlight on Route 8.

Police said they also saw his truck swerve out of his lane of travel. They stopped Ciminello on McCalmont Road just west of Route 8.

He subsequently failed field sobriety tests and was arrested. He refused to submit to a breath test.

In addition to DUI, Ciminello is charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, careless driving, disregarding traffic lanes, driving a vehicle without valid inspection, a lighting violation and not wearing a seat belt.
