Kevin Moon, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, operating a vehicle without insurance, failure to keep right, disregard for traffic lane and careless driving, filed Dec. 29.
Zachary Lowe, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and retail theft, filed Jan. 3.
Wesley Hahn, 31, no known address, pleaded guilty to possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 2.

Levi Helms, 18, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disregard for traffic lane, failure to keep right and careless driving, filed Nov. 23.
Brian Arblaster, 39, of Boyers waived to court charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, harassment, criminal mischief and public drunkenness, filed Jan. 1.
Jeremy Broylan, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and a seat belt violation, filed Dec. 27.
James Foran, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 12.
Robert Eppinger, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding, disregard for traffic lane and careless driving, filed Jan. 10.
Eric Zmijowski, 35, of Valencia waived to court charges of manufacturing a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia and possessing a controlled substance, filed Dec. 19.
Shane Lackey, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a stop sign violation and a lighting violation, filed Jan. 10.
