11:32 a.m. Nov. 5 — Jeremy N. Agostino, 41, of Slippery Rock allegedly switched a price tag on merchandise at a Center Township store to obtain a fraudulent return. He is wanted on a felony arrest warrant.Police said Agostino purchased multiple items, including two electronic drones, one for $39.99 and the other for $399.99, at Platy Things Etc. on Route 8. He then returned shortly afterward and returned the less expensive drone with the wrong tag, showing a value for the more expensive drone, according to court documents.The police complaint noted this was the defendant's ninth offense for retail theft. He is charged with a felony count of retail theft and misdemeanor counts of theft by deception and receiving stolen property.Nov. 3 — Nicholas A. Martinkovich, 28, of West Sunbury was charged with drugged driving stemming from a September traffic stop in Butler. He was pulled over around midnight Sept. 13 on East Jefferson Street.Police said Martinkovich was subsequently taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for a blood test, which allegedly showed he had marijuana in his system. A search of his car turned up a vaporizer with suspected THC liquid, according to court documents.In addition to driving under the influence of a controlled substance, he is charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license.Nov. 3 — Police charged Caitlin D. Davidson, 22, of Butler with having pills without a prescription in connection with a traffic stop last month in Butler. She was a passenger in a car that was stopped around 12:50 a.m. Oct. 15 on West New Castle Street.During a search of the vehicle, which belongs to Davidson, according to court documents, police found a plastic bag containing 13 prescription pills. She is charged with possession of a controlled substance and a window tinting violation.
