CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Michael Steffee recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Devin Michael Roberto, 21, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged March 25 with criminal conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.

Barbara J. Evans, 39, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Charese L. Anderson, 20, of Ambridge waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 20 with retail theft.

David R. Wesiz, 42, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged July 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Mark Harrison Prentice, 37, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol and fleeing or attempting to elude an official.

Garrett Trevor Crocker, 24, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 15 with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and delivery of drug paraphernalia.
