Congratulations to Susan Scheib Przybylek in her letter to the editor on May 5. The letter described, in a police stop, what you should do.

Susan should forward her letter to Harrisburg for every politician to read. About 90% to 95% of all altercations with police are simply the result of not following commands, or resisting arrest.

If they disagree with the outcome of the stop, we have a court system to evaluate who was right or wrong, not during an altercation at the scene of the stop. And, yes, a 5-inch by 7-inch card with this information should accompany every license and registration returned each year.
