Hogg, Genaway

Krysten and Jeramy Genaway

Prospect residents Krysten Hogg and Jeramy Genaway were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Aug. 4 at Community Alliance Church in Butler. A reception followed at the Coleman Hall at Tanglewood.

The bride is the daughter of Dave and Anna Hogg of Prospect. Parents of the bridegroom are Thomas and Phyllis Genaway of Prospect.

The honor attendant was Kelly Hogg of Prospect. Bridesmaids included Melissa Sopher of Harrisville; Jenny Powell and Trisha Montag, both of Slippery Rock; and Katie Sowa of Prospect.

Performing the duties of best man was James Genaway of Prospect. Ushers included Ryan Bauder of Harrisville, Zach Sarver and Troy Morris, both of Prospect; and Josh Jakub of Pittsburgh. The ring bearer was Royce Weber of Mayfield, N.Y.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Slippery Rock High School and a 2007 graduate of Slippery Rock University. She works for KPMG in Pittsburgh.

The bridegroom graduated in 2002 from Slippery Rock High School and in 2006 from Slippery Rock University. He works for Federated Investors in Pittsburgh.

Following a honeymoon trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple is making their home in Cranberry Township.
