Sanderson, Bellis
Christine Sanderson and Troy Bellis, both of East Butler, were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Sept. 8 at St. Wendelin Roman Catholic Church in Summit Township. The Rev. Kevin McKnight officiated. A reception followed at the East Butler Fire Hall.
The bride is the daughter of Richard and Patricia Sanderson of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Jeffrey and Terri Bellis of Butler.
The matron of honor was the bride's sister Sara Romanyak of Weirton, W.Va. Bridesmaids included Brenda McConnell of West Middlesex and Carla Green of Butler. The flower girls were Kira Bellis of Butler and Kelsey Phillips of Hermitage.
Serving his brother as best man was Travis Bellis of Butler. Ushers included Joseph Bowser of Fenelton, Scott Brown of Denver, Michael Bellis of Butler and Nicholas Clepper of Hermitage.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Butler High School. She attended Butler County Community College and graduated in 2005 from the Vet Tech Institute in Pittsburgh. She is employed at Bakerstown Animal Hospital in Bakerstown.
The bridegroom graduated in 2000 from Butler High School. He works for Dielectric Solutions in Kittanning.
The couple is making their home in East Butler. Ahoneymoon trip to Denver is being planned in February.
