Curran, Maharg
Jennifer Curran and Micheal Maharg, both of Butler, were united in marriage June 7 at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church in East Brady. The Rev. Joseph Bonafed officiated. A reception followed at the Herman Fire Hall.
The bride is the daughter of David Sr. and Manuela Curran of East Brady. Parents of the bridegroom are Rhonda Maharg of Butler, Eric and Candace Maharg of Butler.
The honor attendant was Nicole Fry of Rapid City, S.D. Bridesmaids included Stefanie Bowers of Butler, Mary Rivers of Butler, Melissa Smith of Butler and Jessica Ritterlousch of Mildenhall, England. Flower girl was Lillian Curran of Union City.
Performing the duties of best man was Matt Maley of Butler. Ushers included Justin Maharg, Jason Maharg, Dave Long and Phil Rodgers, all of Butler. Ring bearer was Noah Maharg of Butler.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Karns City High School. She graduated from Butler County Community College in 2005 and works for Armstrong Utilities in Butler.
The bridegroom graduated from Butler High School in 2000 and from Wyoming Technical School in 2006. He is employed by Butler Pre-owned.
Following a honeymoon trip to Key West, Fla., the couple is making their home in Butler.
