Roe, Verba
Jennifer Roe and Nathan Verba were united in marriage Aug. 9 at the Highland Presbyterian Church in New Castle. The Rev. Bill Blacksmith officiated. A reception followed at the New Englander.
The bride is the daughter of Timothy and Rosemary Roe of New Castle. Parents of the bridegroom are Louis and Susan Verba of Zelienople.
The honor attendants were Tracy Roe of New Castle and Lauren Kinker of Cincinnati. Bridesmaids were Lori Verba of Ellwood City, Krista Shovlin of Beaver, Bekki Hillerby of Philadelphia, Jaclyn Rondinelli of O'Fallon, Mo., and Kelly McNees of Winter Park, Fla. Junior bridesmaid was Krista Collins of Freedom, flower girl was Olivia Roe of Wellsville, Ohio, and the miniature bride was Sara Roe of New Castle.
Performing the duties of best man was Seth Verba of Ellwood City. Ushers were Jim Roe of New Castle, Derek Hancher of Zelienople, Justin DeArmit of Buffalo, N.Y.; Ian Verba of Zelienople, Jeremiah Verba of New Brighton and Scott Stewart of Harmony. Ring bearer was Jimmy Roe of New Castle.
The bride is a graduate of New Castle High School and Slippery Rock University. She is the elementary arts coordinator and a dance instructor for the Lincoln Park Performing Arts School in Midland.
The bridegroom graduated from Seneca Valley High School and from Slippery Rock University. He is an elementary teacher for the Big Beaver Falls School District.
Following a honeymoon trip to the Bahamas, the couple is making their home in Industry.
