Shala and Caleb Lindey

Shala McNany and Caleb Lindey were united in marriage Sept. 6 at the Atrium in Prospect. The Rev. James Bertoti officiated. A reception followed at the same location.

The bride is the daughter of Donald and Sherre McNany of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Douglas and Barbara Lindey of Butler.

The honor attendant was Erica McNany of Butler. Bridesmaids included Jessica Horzempa of Washington, Kaitlyn Hammonds of Butler and Emily Smith of Clairemont, N.C.

Performing the duties of best man was Bill Gombos of Parker. Ushers included Matthew Horzempa of Washington and Ryan "Mac" MacCredie of Gibsonia

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Butler High School and a 2006 graduate of Penn State University. She works for the Venango County Court Supervision Services in Franklin.

The bridegroom graduated in 2000 from homeschooling and attended Indiana (Pa.) University. He works for the Pathways Adolescent Center in Oil City.

Following a honeymoon trip to Disneyworld in Orlando, the couple is making their home in Franklin.
