Steele, Yeager
Heidi Steele and Jason Yeager were united in marriage Sept. 13 at the Butler Country Club. The Rev. Stephanie Thompson officiated. A reception followed at the same location.
The bride is the daughter of Ron and Grace Steele, Blair and Carol English, all of Slippery Rock. Parents of the bridegroom are Meredith and Joanne Yeager of Valencia.
The honor attendant was Shawna Schoff of Burgettstown. Bridesmaids included Tiffany Frampton of Harrisville, Trista Dickey of Slippery Rock, Amber Korcok of New Brighton, Melissa Yeager of Mars, Tara Schmidt of Freedom and Annessa Schnur of Slippery Rock. Flower girl was Alexandra Steele of New Castle.
Performing the duties of best man was Jared Babik of Pittsburgh. Ushers included Glen Milbert of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; Jeff Steele of Slippery Rock, Mike Schmidt of Freedom, Jason Zema of Mars, Shawn Graham of Allison Park and Brian Obman of Allison Park. Ring bearer was Tyler Holmes of Harrisville.
The bride is a 1996 graduate of Slippery Rock High School and a 2000 graduate of Slippery Rock University. She works for Clarke Health Care Products in Oakdale.
The bridegroom graduated in 1995 from Mars High School. He is self-employed as a Pepperidge Farm product distributor.
Following a honeymoon trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple is making their home in Valencia.
