Galassi, Carlson
Mary Ann Galassi and Mark Carlson were united in marriage Oct. 11 at the Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church in Chicora. The Rev. David DeWitt officiated. A reception followed at the Sugarcreek Fire Hall.
The bride is the daughter of Carl and Anna Galassi of Karns City. Parents of the bridegroom are Bruce and Betty Carlson of East Brady.
The honor attendant was Susan Reeves of Kaylor. Kara Livermore of Butler served as bridesmaid. Flower girl was Aryonna Livermore of Butler.
Performing the duties of best man was Patrick Buzzard of Ohio. Ushers included Logan Carlson and Spencer Carlson, both of Bruin. Ring bearer was Benjamin Galassi of Kittanning.
The bride is a 1986 graduate of East Brady High School and a 1988 graduate of Butler County Community College. She works for the Irene Stacy Community Mental Health Center in Butler.
The bridegroom graduated in 1986 from East Brady High School and in 1988 from the Oakridge Academy of the Arts. He works for Butler Technologies.
Following a honeymoon trip to Niagara Falls, the couple are making their home in Bruin.
