O'Donnell, Ramsey

Cathryn and Bradley Ramsey

Cathryn O'Donnell and Bradley Ramsey were united in marriage Nov. 28 at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church. The Rev. David DeWitt officiated. A reception followed at the Days Inn in Butler.

The bride is the daughter of Patrick and Sharon O'Donnell of Chicora. Parents of the bridegroom are George and Gail Ramsey of Parker.

The honor attendant was Erin O'Donnell of Chicora. Bridesmaids included Jessica O'Donnell of Chicora, Heather Hobaugh of Butler, Stephanie Douglass of East Brady, Maggie Slater of Butler and Lisa Cramer of Cranberry. Miniature bridesmaids were Haley and Emily Cramer of Cranberry and miniature bride was Kyra O'Donnell of Chicora. Ireland Northime of Chicora served as flower girl.

Performing the duties of best man was Tim Dietrich of Butler. Ushers included Patrick O'Donnell of Chicora, Brian Hobaugh of Butler, Jimmy Frazer of Petrolia, Shawn Pennington of Bruin and Ryan Christie of Parker. Ring bearer was Keegan O'Donnell of Chicora.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Karns City High School and a 2003 graduate of Butler County Community College. She received her bachelor's degree in 2005 from Slippery Rock University and her master's degree in elementary and early childhood education in 2008 from Duquesne University. She works as a second grade teacher at the PA Leadership Charter School in Tarentum.

The bridegroom graduated in 2001 from Karns City High School and in 2004 from Butler County Community College. He works as a customer sales and service representative for Applied Industrial technologies in Butler.

After a honeymoon trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple is making their home in Chicora.
