Schontz, Veltri

Peter and Kimberly Veltri

Kimberly Schontz and Peter Veltri were united in marriage Oct. 18 at St. Hilary Catholic Church in Washington. The Rev. Tom Lewandowski officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Richard and Connie Schontz of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Salvatore and Janis Veltri of Washington.

The honor attendant was Samantha Veltri of Washington. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Reed of New Lexington, Ohio; Lindsey Coursen of Pittsburgh; Tiffany Schoedel of Zelienople; Valerie Fulmer of Canonsburg and Cella Veltri of Washington. Flower girl was Victoria Veltri of Doylestown.

Performing the duties of best man was Aaron Wik of North Huntingdon. Ushers were Matthew Veltri of Washington, Richard Schontz of Cleveland, Matthew Beam of Pittsburgh, Jason Zofchak of New Eagle and Michael Schontz of Butler. Ring bearer was Colin Veltri of Mays Landing, N.J.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Butler High School. She works for Alexander's Athletic Club in Canonsburg.

The bridegroom graduated in 1997 from Trinity High School and in 2001 from the University of Pittsburgh. He received a degree in 2005 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and works for Babst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir in Pittsburgh.

Following a honeymoon trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple are making their home in Washington.
