DuBois, Allen
Karlene DuBois and Michael Allen were united in marriage Aug. 9 at St. Catherine of Sweden Church in Allison Park. The Rev. Regis Farmer officiated. A reception followed at the Sheraton in Station Square.
The bride is the daughter of Peter and Kathleen DuBois of Youngstown, Ohio. Parents of the bridegroom are Rich and Kathy Allen of Butler.
The honor attendants were Alison DuBois of New Castle and Shannon Sefeik of Macedonia, Ohio. Bridesmaids included Megan Allen of Butler, Zoe DuBois of Columbus, Ohio; Megan McGraw of Abingdon, Md.; Amanda McDougal of Chicago; Amy Hover of Canton, Ohio, and Abby Zarych of Akron, Ohio.
Performing the duties of best men were Bill Barbary of Chicora and Dan Carinci of Pittsburgh. Ushers included Mike DuBois of New Castle, Pat DuBois of Columbus, Rick Hover of Canton, Kurt Keefer of Butler and John Kaminski of Fort Mill, S.C. Ring bearers were Mike, Matt and Jack DuBois, all of New Castle and Columbus.
The bride is a 1998 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School. She works for Fox Chapel Physical Therapy in Pittsburgh.
The bridegroom graduated in 1998 from Butler High School. He works for Tri-State Rehab in Pittsburgh.
Following a honeymoon trip to Maui, Hawaii, the couple are making their home in Pittsburgh.
