Scott, Stevenson
Shannon Scott and Ryan Stevenson were united in marriage Oct. 4 at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church. The Rev. Harry Bielewicz officiated. A reception followed at General Butler Vagabonds in Lyndora.
The bride is the daughter of Randy and Val-Dean Scott of Renfrew. Parents of the bridegroom are Kirby and Pamela Stevenson of Butler.
The honor attendant was Brittany Scott of Renfrew. Bridesmaids were Brandi Scott, Nicole Stevenson and Christy Grottenthaler, all of Renfrew, Shawna Gerhart of Butler and Lisa Ireland of Cranberry Township. Flower girl was Jessica Majors of New Brighton.
Performing the duties of best man was Gregory Brenckle of Renfrew. Ushers were Luke Goldner of Renfrew, Matthew Scott of Butler, Christopher Singer of Butler, Michael Wright Jr. of Zelienople and Michael Kienzle of Monaca. Ring bearer was Luke Heade of Butler.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Butler High School and a 2006 graduate of Slippery Rock University. She works for UPMC Health Plan in Pittsburgh.
The bridegroom graduated in 2002 from Butler High School and in 2006 from Penn State University. He works for the Home Improvement Center in Butler.
Following a honeymoon trip to Cancun, Mexico, the Stevensons are making their home in Butler.
