Alisha and Paul Newman

Alisha Snyder of Kittanning and Paul Newman of Slippery Rock were united in marriage May 30 at Third Presbyterian Church in Pittsburgh. The Rev. Vance Torbert officiated. A reception followed at the Fox Chapel Golf Club.

The bride is the daughter of Mark and Carolyn Snyder of Kittanning. Parents of the bridegroom are Mark and Penny Seybert of Slippery Rock.

The maid of honor was Gretchen Snyder of Kittanning. The matron of honor was Autumn Brown-Chytil of Butler. Bridesmaids included Amanda Tarasuck of Apollo and Angelica Corona of Pittsburgh.

Groomsmen included Joshua Newman of Pittsburgh, Stephen Chytil of Butler, Justin Newman of Slippery Rock, David Curtis of Pittsburgh and Luke Rosenberger of Indiana.

Windsor, the bride's dog, was the ring bearer. He was accompanied by the bride's friend, Merica Andric of Pittsburgh.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of the Grier School and a 2006 graduate of Chatham College.

The bridegroom graduated in 2003 from Slippery Rock High School and is a 2005 graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Technology.

The couple is making their home in Nevillewood, Pa.
