9:35 p.m. Tuesday — A van driven by Shannon Sloan, 38, of Wadsworth, Ohio, struck a deer on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township.7:50 p.m. Tuesday — Two people were injured in a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township.The crash occurred when a car driven by Eric Hart, 36, of Pittsburgh and a sport utility vehicle driven by Robert Sorento, 50, of Erie collided. Hart's car, following the collision, struck another SUV, driven by Connie Mosier, 46, of Cranberry Township.Police said Hart and Sorento suffered minor injuries.7:42 p.m. Tuesday — A tractor-trailer driven by John Curry, 59, of Brantford, Canada, and a car driven by Daniel Hurley, 51, of McKnight, Allegheny County, collided on Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township. Police said Hurley suffered minor injuries and Curry was cited for a lane violation.7:30 p.m. Monday — Someone threw a rock and broke a picture window at the Herman Road home of Nelson McKissick in Summit Township.1 p.m. Monday — Three Pittsburgh residents were injured when a pair of motorcycles collided on Route 268 in Petrolia.Treated at Butler Memorial Hospital for undisclosed injuries were drivers Walter Goralzick, 69, and Richard Puleo, 62, and a passenger on Puleo's bike, Charlene Puleo, 60.Police said the accident occurred when Goralzick lost control of his motorcycle. Goralzick's cycle crashed and slid into the rear of the Puleo cycle, causing that bike to fall to its side. All riders were wearing helmets.10:09 a.m. Monday — A pickup truck driven by Laura Labishak, no age given, of Sarver and a car driven by Eliza Shearer, no age given, of Freedom, Beaver County, collided at Route 228 and Kepple Road in Winfield Township.Both drivers suffered undisclosed injuries. Police said Labishak was cited for an undisclosed traffic violation.9:44 a.m. Monday — A pickup truck driven by David Bernauer, 24, of Pittsburgh and a car driven by Brian Foley, 47, of Butler collided on Route 8 South at Pittsburgh Road in Butler. Bernauer suffered moderate injuries.Monday — Brian Robert Bane 20, of East Brady was arrested for allegedly having consensual sex with a 14-year-old Chicora girl on three occasions between August and September at a Kittanning Hollow Pike home in Sugarcreek Township, Armstrong County.Bane was arraigned on three counts each of statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault with a person less than 16 years old. The defendant, following arraignment, was placed in the Armstrong County Jail on $3,500 bond.9:20 p.m. Sunday — Someone fired five BB shots at the Branchton Road home of Charles Christy in Washington Township.7:21 p.m. Sunday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Rick Smith, no age given, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, crashed on Interstate 79 in Jackson Township. Smith and three passengers in the SUV were not injured. Police did not release any details about the crash.2:25 p.m. Sunday — A pickup truck driven by William Cunningham, 59, of Valencia crashed into a traffic sign, fence and skidloader along Route 8 South in Middlesex Township. Cunningham was treated for unknown injuries at Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.1:10 p.m. Sunday — James Francis Niederriter, 46, of Harrisville is accused of assaulting Mary Ann Niederriter, 51, at her Boyers Road home in Marion Township. Police said James Niederriter also took the woman's vehicle and violated a protection from abuse order she had against him.The defendant was arraigned on charges of trespass, simple assault, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and harassment, and placed in the Butler County Prison on $10,000 bond.Saturday — Tools valued at $700 were taken from a vehicle parked at Route 108 and Interstate 79 in Worth Township. Klingspor Abrasives of Hickory, N.C., owns the stolen property.Saturday — Several undisclosed items were stolen between Oct. 15 and Saturday from a vehicle on Saxonburg Road in Jefferson Township.

3:13 p.m. Tuesday — Apickup truck driven by Brian Vandyke, no age given, of Mercer skidded off rain-soaked Irishtown Road and struck a utility pole near Route 58 in Pine Township.
