Christopher W. Hair, 30, of Butler was held for court on charges of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 24 by Middlesex Township police.

Aubree R. Rogers, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 24 by Middlesex Township police.

District Judge Kevin O'DonnellBUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by township police:Rachel C. Baylock, 34, of Butler was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed Dec. 14.Savannah Blust, 18, of Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 28. Blust was ordered to pay $577 in fines and court costs.Keith A. Dick, 36, of Freeport waived to court charges of driving under the influence, hit-and-run, failing to immediately notify police of an accident, careless driving, driving at an unsafe speed and driving without insurance, filed Jan. 3.Joshua A. Galyk, 22, of Kittanning pleaded guilty to charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 25. Steffler was ordered to pay $464.50 in fines and court costs.Cindy D. Geibel, 53, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception, filed Dec. 26.Brandon M. Geist, 26, of Butler was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault and a charge of harassment, filed Jan. 29.Cassandra Hiles, 18, of Karns City pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 29. Hiles was ordered to pay $453.50 in fines and court costs.John A. Hilliard, 24, of Fenelton waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and a turning violation, filed Nov. 23.Jory Melik, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possessing a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 27.Raymond T. Miller, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of hit-and-run, careless driving, driving on the wrong side of the road, failing to give information following an accident, and a lane violation, filed Dec. 27.Kalani L. Russell, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 28. Russell was ordered to pay $453.50 in fines and court costs.Robert Steffler Jr., 50, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 25. Steffler was ordered to pay $464.50 in fines and court costs.Amanda L. Zapp, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 5.

Bell IV, 28, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 19 by state police.John W. Black, 21, of Greenville, Mercer County, waived to court charges of DUI, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system and driving without headlights, filed Sept. 13 by SRU police.

Clark III, of Butler, waived to court charges of driving with a suspended license, being a habitual offender for driving under suspension, hit-and-run, following too closely to another vehicle, abandoning a vehicle on a highway, careless driving, failing to stop and render aid and failing to notify police immediately after an accident, filed Jan. 23.Christine Eakin, 28, of Eau Claire was held for court on charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, a turning violation and speeding, filed Nov. 7.Nathan A. Green, 21, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Dec. 29.Lee Harless, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Dec. 16.Ian J. Lark, 20, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Dec. 16.Matthew E. Maley, 28, of Butler was held for court on four counts of theft and charges of theft from a vehicle and criminal mischief, filed in four separate cases Jan. 11. Maley, in another case filed Jan. 11, waived to court two counts of theft and a charge of criminal mischief.Jory Melik, 22, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Jan. 6.Jessica Shedio, 33, of Lyndora waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary and theft, filed Jan. 30.Jarron M.
