SRU hosting WPIAL track championship
SLIPPERY ROCK — Slippery Rock University will host the WPIAL Track and Field Championships next May, ending that event’s 31-year stay at Baldwin High School.
The WPIAL board voted Tuesday to move the individual track championships to SRU.
Peters Township will host the WPIAL track and field’s team finals.
