Judge Timothy McCune handed down the following sentences on Thursday:

Zachary A. Bartman, 35, of Harmony was sentenced to six months of probation, 60 hours of community service and $325 in fines for driving under the influence and careless driving. Bartman was charged on Nov. 21 and pleaded guilty on May 7.

Derik D. Stewart, 37, of Chicora was sentenced to one to six months in jail for retail theft. Stewart was immediately paroled and he must pay a restitution order. Stewart was charged on Dec. 6 and pleaded guilty on May 8.

Arthur W. Kaufman, 50, of Clarion was sentenced to two years of probation for theft of services and abandoning a vehicle. Kaufman was charged on Oct. 23 and pleaded guilty on May 8.

Azza M. Gaines, 39, of Chicora was sentenced to one to six months in jail for retail theft. Gaines was immediately paroled and must pay a restitution order. Gaines was charged on Feb. 6, 2018, and pleaded guilty on May 8.

David E. Lamison, 55, who has no known address, was sentenced to one to two months in jail for receiving stolen property. Lamison was immediately paroled. Lamison was charged on Dec. 4, 2017, and pleaded no contest on May 8. In a second case, he must pay a restitution order and serve six months of probation for retail theft. Lamison was charged on Sept. 3, 2017, and pleaded no contest on May 8.

James Herman Matson, 64, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation for driving under the influence. Matson must also pay a $350 fine and serve 60 hours of community service. Matson was charged on July 23, 2018, and pleaded guilty on May 8.

Jasmine A. McCutcheon, 23, of New Kensington was sentenced to six months of probation and 25 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. McCutcheon was charged on Oct. 4, 2015, and pleaded guilty on June 12.

Erika Y. Hetzler, 30, of Emlenton was sentenced to one to two years in jail for possession with intent to deliver. She was charged on Oct. 22, 2018, and pleaded guilty on June 12.

Claire Bartosh, 30, of McKees Rocks was sentenced to one year of probation and an order of restitution for retail theft. Bartosh was charged on Dec. 5 and pleaded guilty on May 8.

Timothy R. Beeman, 35, of Monaca was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment with the first 14 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence. Beeman must also serve 60 hours of community service and pay a $1,000 fine. Beeman was charged on Dec. 28 and pleaded guilty on April 8.

David J. Hudak, 48, of Butler was sentenced to one to two years in jail for simple assault. Hudak was immediately paroled and he must also pay a $150 fine. Hudak was charged on July 19, 2017, and pleaded guilty on Sept. 13.

Trevor Gregory Walker, 29, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation for possession of drug paraphernalia. Walker was charged on March 2, 2018, and pleaded guilty on April 11. In a second case, Walker was sentenced to six months of probation for possession of drug paraphernalia. Walker was charged on Aug. 6 and pleaded guilty on April 11.

Sandi Lynn Kradel, 37, of Altoona was sentenced to 60 days of house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving with a suspended license. She must also pay a $500 fine. Kradel was charged on May 16, 2017, and pleaded guilty on June 10. In a second case, Kradel was sentenced to one year of probation for possession of drug paraphernalia. Kradel was charged on March 6, 2018, and pleaded guilty on June 10. In a third case, Kradel was sentenced to one year of probation for possession of a controlled substance. Kradel was charged on June 11, 2018, and pleaded guilty on June 10.

Melissa Ann Confer, 29, of Parker was sentenced to six months of probation for unsworn falsification and she must also pay a $25 fine. Confer was charged on Sept. 12 and pleaded guilty on May 7.

Jesse C. Reigh, 37, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation and must pay a $100 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia. Reigh was charged on June 11, 2018, and pleaded guilty on April 17.

Braden T. Stevenson, 20, of East Brady was sentenced to 50 hours of community service and two restitution orders for retail theft. He was charged on Aug. 9, 2017, and pleaded guilty on March 12. In a second case, he was sentenced to one year of probation and 50 hours of community service for recklessly endangering another person. He was charged on Aug. 4, 2017, and pleaded guilty on March 12. In a third case, he was sentenced to one year of probation and 50 hours of community service for retail theft and 50 hours of community service. Stevenson was charged on Oct. 31, 2017, pleaded guilty on March 12.

Paula L. Lowry, 53, of Freeport was sentenced to six months to one year in jail for possession of drug paraphernalia. Lowry was immediately paroled. Lowry was charged on April 10, 2018, and pleaded guilty on May 28.
