William ‘Bill’ Brundage
William A. “Bill” Brundage, 74, of Mars, formerly of Wexford, passed away Sunday evening, Oct. 25, 2026, in the comfort of his home, with his wife at his side.
Born in Parkersburg, W.Va. on July 22, 1952, he was the son of the late Oliver and Gertrude Spellacy Brundage.
Bill graduated with a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
He had worked for over 40 years as an employment recruiter, first at his own company, Orion Delta Group, and later with Basilone Executive Search.
Bill was a kind, loving and funny man who had a special gift for making everyone around him laugh. His sense of humor and warm personality brought joy to those fortunate enough to know him. He had a way of brightening a room and making people feel good, simply by being himself.
Bill shared 28 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Toni. Their life together was filled with memories, laughter and adventures that will always be treasured. He loved playing golf and traveling, enjoying the opportunities to experience new places and make lasting memories along the way.
Above all, Bill will be remembered for the laughter he brought into people’s lives, the kindness he showed others and the special place he held in the hearts of those who loved him. His presence will be deeply missed, but the memories he created and the laughter he shared will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
He was the husband of Toni M. Saytos Brundage, whom he married March 21, 1998; brother of Barbara Chapin (Michael), of Knoxville, Tenn.; uncle of Christopher J. Chapin, of Charleston, S.C., and Carrie Wilkins (William), of Winchester, Tenn.; brother-in-law of Judy Merlock (Bill), of Wadsworth, Ohio; uncle of Lauren Merlock, of Brentwood, Tenn., and Cory Merlock, of Nashville, Tenn.; and great-uncle of Jackson Germaine, of Brentwood, Tenn.
