Tiffany Frampton
Tiffany Ann (Holmes) Frampton, 50, of Butler, formerly of Slippery Rock, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2026, in Concordia at Cabot, following a courageous journey with colorectal cancer and melanoma.
Born Sept. 5, 1976, in Grove City, Tiffany was the daughter of the late Thomas Neil Holmes and Betty Ann Ritenour Holmes, who survives her.
Tiffany lived a life marked by love, kindness, laughter and a deep commitment to her community. She was a member of Calvary Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Harrisville.
Family was one of Tiffany’s greatest joys. She is survived by her beloved son, Tyler Neil Holmes, and his wife, Annalease, of Butler, who both lovingly and selflessly cared for Tiffany and attended to her daily needs; her mother, Betty Holmes, of Slippery Rock; her sister, Amanda (Matthew) Lucco, of Slippery Rock; and her niece and nephew, Taylor and Andrew Lucco.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas, in December 2020.
Tiffany graduated from Slippery Rock Area High School in 1994, and attended Slippery Rock University. Throughout her career, she held several retail management positions at Grove City Premium Outlets and Clearview Mall. However, one of Tiffany’s lifelong passions was reading. From a young age, she could become so engrossed in a book that she simply could not put it down until she reached the end.
It was only fitting that Tiffany eventually found her way from retail management to what she often called her “dream job” as director of the Slippery Rock Community Library. Her love of books and dedication to her community made this role especially meaningful to her. When her health no longer allowed her to continue working in the library’s day-to-day operations, Tiffany remained committed to its mission by continuing to serve on the board of directors and advocate for the library she loved.
Although we grieve Tiffany’s passing here on earth, we find comfort and peace in knowing that she has been welcomed into heaven, and is now free from pain, and rests in the loving presence of her Savior. She will forever be held in the hearts of her family, friends and all those whose lives she touched.
