The 2005 Penn State Cooperative Extension annual meeting has been set for Jan. 29 at the South Butler Fire Hall. A noon luncheon will be served.

Butler County’s Extension staff will be on hand beginning at 11:30 a.m. to discuss their educational programs. Following the luncheon there will be a short business meeting and an election of executive committee representatives.

Following that meeting, Vonnie Kay Brough, a storyteller from the Ellwood City area, will share her thoughts on the topic, “Have You Ever Had One of Those Days?”

Reservations are required by calling 724-287-4761 or through a member of the Extension’s executive committee. Tickets are $10 per person if requested before Jan. 19.
