The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Sept. 18 — Caleb Richard McKee, 30, of Valencia, was charged with one misdemeanor count of simple assault following a Sept. 17 incident. Police said McKee attacked his girlfriend.

Sept. 18 — Benjamin Paul Moore, 22, of Erie, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI following an Aug. 28 incident. Police said Moore was observed going the wrong way up an alley. His blood alcohol content was 0.099%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Sept. 22 — Jacob Richard Henry, 32, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor counts of DUI following an Aug. 24 incident in Center Township. Police said Henry was found passed out in his vehicle and admitted to drinking alcohol.

Sept. 22 — Kendall Jajuan Kareem Jones Sr., 33, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor counts of DUI and possession of a controlled substance following an Aug. 18 incident in Summit Township. Police said Jones was pulled over for an expired registration, and drugs were found in the car.

Sept. 22 — Frank A. Menchyk, 52, of Renfrew, was charged with one misdemeanor count of DUI following a Sept. 9 incident in Franklin Township. Police said Menchyk had a blood alcohol content of 0.217%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Sept. 22 — Luke Jason Sibble, 46, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor counts of DUI, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following a June 27 incident in Summit Township. Police said Sibble was pulled over for an expired registration, and drugs were found in the car.

Sept. 22 — Kevin Allen Snow, 22, of Emlenton, was charged with one misdemeanor count of use and possession of drugs following a Sept. 7 incident in Franklin Township. Police said Snow was found with a clear glass smoking device.

Sept. 22 — Stephen Douglas Drake, 35, of Slippery Rock, was charged with three misdemeanor counts of DUI following a Sept. 4 incident in Worth Township. Police said Drake had a blood alcohol content of .187%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Sept. 22 — London Marquis Sanders, 34, of Sharon, was charged with one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana following an August 21 incident in Franklin Township. Police said they found drugs in his vehicle during a traffic stop.

Sept. 21 — Thomas Gerard Eiler Jr., 24, of Butler, was charged with one felony count of writing a false statement and a misdemeanor count of falsification to authorities following a May 17 incident in Center Township. Police said Eiler falsified an application and attempted to purchase a firearm.
